The dream of flying. Not only Ikarus tried and failed, but dreamer, daring adventurer and serious engineers got us where we are today. Flying halfway around the world without landing in between. Transporting passengers into heights, where the human body can only survive for minutes, in great comfort and safety.

This was not always the case as the many deaths attributed to aviation can prove. But everyone who left their lives for this dream has contributed to the safety we enjoy today.

This site will show aviation pictures, accumulated over a life time. A few came from different sources, but only a few. These images can be purchased in digital form or in print. Even converted into paintings.
